TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in; ¢ CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2025 By (1) Charles Mwangi Kariuki and (2) Samwel Neunjiri Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 112-10103, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gikonjo s/o Wamagutu, who died at Mukurweini in 1960. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Waititu Mwangi and (2) Agnes Njeri Mugambi, both of P.O. Box 22286-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Mwangi Kimotho alias Mwangi s/o Kimotho, who died at Kiharo, Nyeri, on 22nd June, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
