Box 13, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s great grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndegwa s/o Wanderi, who died at Nyeri in 1960. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2025 By Kamau Mutahi, of P.O. Box 164, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s stepbrother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Nguti Mutahi alias Nguti Mutahi, who died at Mutundu, on 26th December, 1998. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2025 By Jane Wangui Wanjohi, of P.O. Box 43, Gakindu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjohi Gichaga alias Wanjohi s/o Gichaga, who died at Gakinduini, Ndiaini, on 1st October, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
