TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E211 OF 2025 ___ By Florence Doris Okila, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash John Kwenya, who died at Ebusiloli Sub-location, on 6th February, 2008. CAUSE NO. E266 OF 2024 By Willy Dan Nyakuti, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrea Onyango, who died at Ematibini Sub- location, on 4th August, 1992. CAUSE NO. E333 OF 2025 By Zaituni Muhonja Shavuli, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kikuyu alias Kikuyu Engosia, who died at Chango Sub-location, on 28th October, 1999, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
