E26 OF 2025 By Joseph Kangu Masakhwe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Masakhwe Kasamani alias Masakhwe Kasamani Khuyira, who died at Ibokolo, on 12th March, 1995. CAUSE No. E215 oF 2025 By (1) Elizabeth Adhiambo Amboko and (2) Joan Shirako, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayuoyi Omukunda alias Mutoka Okunda, who died at Wambulishe, on 20th October, 1985. CAUSE NO. E221 oF 2025 By Lydia Queen Amunga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Amunga Ndeta alias Amunga Ndeta, who died at Mulwanda, on 10th October, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
