TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025 By Gabriel Ogot Ondif, of P.O. Box 831, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masela Akoth Ondif alias Marsela Akoth, who died at Baragulu Sub-location, on 1st June, 1989. CAUSE NO. E140 oF 2025 By (1) Monica Adhiambo Ogoma, (2) Consolata Atieno Onginjo, (3) Aloys Obiero Okumu, (4) Felix Ouma Okumu and (5) Calvin Ochieng Okumu, all of P.O. Box 10, Uranga, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s sisters and brothers, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Odhiambo Okumu alias Odhiambo Okumu, who died on 24th October, 2000. CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2025 By (1) Monica Adhiambo Ogoma, (2) Consolata Atieno Onginjo, (3) Aloys Obiero Okumu, (4) Felix Ouma Okumu and (5) Calvin Ochieng Okumu, all of P.O. Box 10, Uranga, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Okumu Ochieng, who died on 21st August, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
