TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made 1n this court in: CAUSE NO. E11] OF 2025 By (1) Peter Waithira Kariuki and (2) Pnscilla Waithira Kanuki, both of P O. Box 1990-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beth Wanjiru Chege, who died at Kinainba, on7th June, 2017. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Njeri Macharia, (2) Rose Agnes Waigumo Wachira, (3) John Wainaina Ndung’u and (4) Francis Njugunah Karanya, all of P.O. Box 2173-2011, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widows and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of. administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Macharia Kimani, who died at’ Delamere, Naivasha, on 29th June, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance 1n this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
