TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made 1n this court in.
CAUSE NO E635 OF 2025
By Stephen Kipkoech Terer, of PO Box 39, Kong’asis in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Jepkemoi Kilachi alias Mary Chepkemoi Kilach, who died at Kongasis, on 20th April, 2005
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance 1n this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
