CAUSE No E90 oF 2025 By Richard Maing1 Githeny1, of PO Box 220, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Wambui Njuguna, who died at Chandera , Kirang1 Sub-location, on 28th July, 2021. CAUSE No. E91 OF 2025 By James Wainaina Kanuk1, of P.O. Box 130, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorcas Waithira Karuki, who died at Molo Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd October, 2024. 27th February, 2026 CAUSE No. E100 OF 2025 By (1) Ziporrah Mugure Muhuha and (2) Michael Njuguna Kamau, both of P.O. Box 59, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kamau Njuguna, who died at Eburu Thomo, on 20th June, 2007.
