TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in tlus court in:
CAUSE No. E52 OF 2025
By Sarisar Wilson Gilsho, of P.O. Box 169-40700, Kilgons in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Charles Chelule Sarisar, who died at Olomismis, on 16th July, 2020
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Kipsais Tayewuo Saningo, of P.O. Box 1-40700, Kilgoris in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Olesaningo Paapai, who died at Olomismis, on 7th September, 1989.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
