Otene, who died at Kadero, Kisumu East, on 10th December, 2012.

By (1) Julius Odhiambo Achieng and (2) Monica Auma Obongo, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration mtestate to the estate of Peter Achieng Swage alias
Peter Achieng, who died on 8th October, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette
