TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E12 OF 2023 By Khalid Swaleh Hantoosh, of P.O. Box 86542-80110, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Swaleh Karama Hantoosh, who died at Mombasa, on 5th April, 2018. CAUSE NO, E82 OF 2023 By Jordan Grasso, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters. of administration intestate to the estate of Gaetano Grasso, who died at Tawfig Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
