TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By (1) Steve Omende Mainda, (2) Cleve Agoki Mainda Omenge and (3) George Omenge Agoki, all of P.O. Box 30, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agoki Omenge alias Johnson Agoki Omenge, who died on 2nd June, 2018.
