Kefa Ombati & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ndungu Njugi, late of Kiambu, who died at Kibichiku, on 25th June, 2007. CAUSE No. E355 OF 2023 By (1) Margaret Wangui Njuguna and (2) Perminas Mbugua Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 23011-00604, Lower Kabete in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Kefa Ombati & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Njuguna Njugi, who died at Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Kenya, on 13th October, 2017.
