TAKE NOTICE that an application having been me-Je in this court in: CAUSE NO. E204 OF 2023 By (1) Viulance Wawuda Mwanyika and (2) Milly Teejey Kulola, ‘both of P.O. Box 23879-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mwanyumba Mwakio alias Julius Mwakio, who died at Utange, Msokal Centre, on 18th April, 2022. . The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
