TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2021 By Phoebe Atieno Nyakune, of P.O. Box 28, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Nyakune Akuma alias John Nyakunde Auma, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 29th September, 2018. . CAUSE NO. E648 OF 2023 By Emmanuel Omondi Odaa, the decased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Odaro alias Joshwa Odaro, who died at Nyalunya, on 16th December, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
