Box 453, Kalimoni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muiruri Kamau, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 23rd May, 1978. CAUSE NO. E626 OF 2023 By (1) Jennifer Wangui Theuri and (2) Andrew Karuga Ndichu, both of P.O. Box 42188-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jannifer Wangui Wathigo, who died at Riverside Drive, Nairobi, on 2nd May, 2004. CAUSE No. E630 OF 2023 By (1) Zachary Ndungu Kiarie and (2) Apollo Nganga Kiarii, both of P.O. Box 48459-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Nyambura Nganga, who died at Thika Nursing Home, on 3lst July, 2004. CAUSE No. E665 OF 2023 By Joseph Njuguna Muhoho, of P.O. Box 177-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Muhuhu Njuguna, who died at Nazareth Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 29th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
