TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E629 OF 2023 By (1) Wilson Muchuthi Njau and (2) Anne Hito Wahiti, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Njau Ngethe alias Lonard Njau Amos Ngethe alias Leonard Njau Amos Ngethe alias Amos Njau alias leonard Njau Amos, who died at Newham University Hospital UK, on 26th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
