TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E470 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Kingara Wandie and (2) Fidelis Njeri Wandie, both of P.O. Box 54566-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anne Wanja Wandie, who died at MP. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 29th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E540 OF 2023 By (1) John Wamiti Wahu and (2) Mary Njambi Ng’ethe, of P.O. Box 22753-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wahu Ngaruro, who died at Matimbei, on 4th February, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
