E175 OF 2023 By Francis Kiragu Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Magana, who died at Gitiri Sub- location, on 8th September, 2011. CAUSE NO. E176 OF 2023 By Francis Wakahia Gitau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitau Kamau, who died on 8th September, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) ‘days from the date of: publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
