TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E314 OF 2023 By Kamori Ngondi, of P.O. Box 137, Kutus in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngondi Kanja, who died at RuKenya Sub-location, on 13th September, 1983. CAUSE NO. E356 OF 2023 By Susan Muthoni Ngare, of P.O. Box 496, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ngare Kariuki alias John Ngari s/o Kinyua, who died at Rungetro Sub-location, on Ist August, 2021, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
