TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 330 OF 2023 By (1) Sammy Kimemia Njuguna, (2) Peter Ruku Njuguna, (3) Faith Wambui Kuria and (4) Jane Wanjiru Njuguna, all of P.O. Box 1722-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julia Waithera Njuguna, who died at Kilimani, on 31st July, 2020. CAUSE NO. 345 OF 2023 By (1) Rebbecca Jeruto Birech and (2) Barnabas Sang Mwogi, both of P.O. Box 983-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sang Jonah Mwogi, who died at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kenya, on 13th September, 2023. 12th January, 2024 CAUSE NO. E343 OF 2023 By Joseph Kipkalum Murei, of P.O. Box 45-50241, Kipkarren River in Kenya, through Messrs. Menjo & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taprandich Jemaiyo Busienei, who died at Ng’enyilel, Osorongai, on 9th December, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
