TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E214 OF 2023 By (1) Abraham Kipchirchir Yego and (2) Jelagat Yego, both of P.O. Box 182-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibiego arap Sugut, who died at Nandi Hills Hospital in Kenya, on 26th December, 1994. CAUSE NO. E227 OF 2023 By Eunice Jepkosgei, of P.O. Box 6-30305, Kobujoi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsaina Mining alias Kipsaina arap Mining, who died at Kongoro, on 30th November, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
