TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 145 OF 2023 By Katana Kahindi Mwaduna, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jumwa Yaa Baya, who died on 25th May, 2003. CAUSE NO. 191 OF 2023 By (1) Said Charo and (2) Josephine Ndolo Mutinda, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahaso Chanzera Angore, who died on 20th May, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this Tespect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
