CAUSE NO. 156 OF 2023 By (1) David Ngichiri Njiba and (2) Samuel Kamau Nijjiba, both of P.O. Box 313, Maragua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nehemiah Apollo Njiba, who died at Meridian Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 5th November, 2019.
