TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2023 By (1) Hassan Mtwana Ndenge and (2) Shakib Ndenge Mtana, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Denge Mtwana alias Ndenge Mtwana Ndenge, who died at Coast General Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 30th June, 2003. CAUSE No. E55 OF 2023 By (1) Jamal Mtwana Wilson, (2) Tetei Mtwana Ndenge, (3) Shakib Ndenge Mtana and (4) Bakari Chilodi Ndenge, the deceased’s son and grandsons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mtwana Ndenge Kadilo, who died at Coast General Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 25th September, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
