TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: . CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2023 By (1) Clementia Otera Ogeto and (2) Justine Nyamweya Ogeto, both of P.O. Box 32, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ogeto Japhet, who died at Mogusii, on 28th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2023 By Zachariah J. Nyamwamu, of P.O. Box 400, Nyansiongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaaca Nyamwamu Obara alias Nyamwamu Obara, who died at Mogonga, Igorera, Kisii, on 23rd August, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
