TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2023 By (1) Robert Lango Oduk and (2) Daniel Sirawa Oduk, both of P.O. Box 226, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Onyango Oduk alias Onyango Oduk, who died at Kamreri, Migori, on 17th November, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
