TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 12th January, 2024 CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2023 By (1) Aska Auma Obuya and (2) Elsa Adoyo Obuya, both of P.O. Box 112, Mbita in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Awuondo Owino, who died on 31st March, 2006. CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2023 By (1) Aska Auma Obuya and (2) Elsa Adoyo Obuya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Obuya Awuonda alias Willison Obuya Awuonda, who died on 12th August, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
