TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2023 By (1) Ambrose Kipngetich Towett' and (2) Erick Kipkemoi Towett, both of P.O. Box 287, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the ‘estate of Rosemary Chepkirui Cheruiyot, who died at Kaplong Hospital in Kenya, on 29th September, 2003. ‘ CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2023 By Esther Chengetich Ruto, of P.O. Box 134, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kipruto Rono, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd April, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
