TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO, E10 OF 2024 By Peres Adhiambo QOdero, of P.O. Box 3210-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Odero Anyango alias Samuel Odero Onyango alias Odero Anyango, who died on 26th November, 2023. CAUSE NO, E1 | OF 2024 By (1) Tarulata Dilipkumar Patel, (2) Mayur Maganbhai Chaturbhai Patel and (3) Pradeep Chandrakant Purshottam Patel, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Dilipkumar Maganbhai Patel, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 5th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
