TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024
By (1) Kennedy Mwombe Kiteresi, (2) Grace Nashimiyu Mamati, (3) Agnes Nelima Wafula and (4) Jane Nanzala Mwombe, all of P.O.
Box 159, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dinah Mwombe alias Dinah Chebukwah Mwombe, who died on 30th
December, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
