TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By (1) M’Bita Miriti Mukura and (2) James Magu Kirimo, both of P.O. Box 80, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miru Mbungu, who died at Township, Meru South, on 12th April, 1973. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Njiru Micheni Nthiga and (2) Njue Gitonga Nthiga, both of P.O. Box 770-60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edna Nkatha alias Edna Nkatha Thaara, who died at Northern Bypass Westlands, on Ist August, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
