TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2024 By (1) Thomas Waguma Okongo and (2) Mathlida Auma Opiyo, both of P.O. Box 746~40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barnabas Okongo Waguma alias Okongo Waguma, who died at Kanyadet Sub-location, on 18th March, 1976. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2024 By (1) John Okello Otiato and (2) Leonardius Aleng Oluku, both of P.O. Box 4453, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Oluku Otiato alias Oluk Otiato, who died at Kanyadet, on Ist January, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
