TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No, E247 OF 2024 By (1) Stephen Okumu Opinya and (2) Christopher Ouma Opinya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Ong’any Opinya alias William Opinya, who died on 24th August, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
