TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By (1) Geoffrey Wanyonyi Mukhwana, (2) Kensamuel Wamila Mukhwana and (3) Breva Wekesa Matere, all of P.O. Box 83250200. Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Steven Mukhwana Wanyonyi alias Stephen Mukhwana Wanyonyi, who died at North Nalondo, on 6th June, 1998, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette, H. GETENGA, District Registrar, Bungoma.
