E37 OF 2024 By Catherine Muthoni Muriuki, of P.O. Box 2602, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Moses Muriuki, who died at Kithimu, on 11th April, 2024. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2024 By (1) John Muriithi Njiru and (2) Evans Rutere Mbogo, both of P.O. Box 1401, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s relatives, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kelvin Mukundi Lucy, who died at Mbuvori Sub-location, on 13th December, 2021. CAUSE No. E109 OF 2024 By Paul Neugi Kamau, of P.O. Box 943-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kamau Ngethe, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 27th March, 2017.
