TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E93 oF 2022 By Loduvika Igoji, of P.O, Box 19, Ikuu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuki Ruganka, who died at Kiamuchii, on 27th June, 2001. CAUSE NO. E96 oF 2022 By Wilson Riungu Andrew, of P.O. Box 51, Chongoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thara Rura alias M’Muthaura Bairura, who died at Ndunguri Sub-location, on 22nd September, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
