TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E146 oF 2023 By Grace Wambui Mwangi, of P.O. Box 18660-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Musyoka Masila, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 17th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E33 oF 2024 By (1) Alex Chege Wathuku Macharia and (2) Michael Maina Chege, both of P.O. Box 1030-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charity Wambui Wahiu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 14th December, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
