TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2024 By (1) Gerald Gregory Matu and (2) Getrude Nduku Makau, both of P.O. Box 441-00520, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Cornelius Makau, who died at Defence Forces Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 25th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E42 oF 2024 By Samuel Muindi Muoka, of P.O. Box 1234-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muoka Ndungu, who died at Mwala, on 4th June, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
