Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Syovata Kalovwe, who died at Kathungi Sub-location, on 7th November, 2004. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Matulu Nzaanzei, who died at Kitui, on 26th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2024 By Koki Kavya Musyoka, of P.O, Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwia Lungu, who died at Vinda Sub-location, on 19th July, 2019. CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2024 By (1) Kalondu Ndeleva and (2) Joseph Syovo Ndeleva, both of P.O. Box 46-90205, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Ndeleva Kyangangu alias Jospaht, who died on 5th March, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
