TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO, E358 OF 2023 By James Mbui Marienga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lukas Marienga Wagumba alias Marienga Wagumba, who died at Lieta Kabunde Katuma, on 28th February, 1999. CAUSE NO. E219 OF 2024 By Muok Kennedy Obondo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muok Ochuodho, who died at Kanam, on 2nd August, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
