TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO, E132 OF 2024 By David Sambu Kipkorir, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptabut Belyo Kiptot, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd April, 2012 CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2024 By Philip Kibet Biwot, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibiwot arap Tuwei, who died at Koilot, on 25th April, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
