TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2024 By (1) Ben Odhiambo Diang’a and (2) Meshack Otieno Diang’a, both of P.O. Box 184, Sondu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Diang’a Obamba, who died at Ramogi, on 20th August, 1988. CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2024 By Moses Wandaga Orwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Orwa Wandaga alias Meshark Orua, who died on 4th April, 1983. CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2024 By (1) Elias Odhiambo Ochiewo and (2) Isaiah Onyango Ochiewo, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulus Ochiewo Owaga, who died on Ist May, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
