TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2024 By Kiritiri, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Nyaga Mutero Kiura, who died at Kariobangi, on 23rd December, 1997. CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2024 By Stephen Mbiti Ngari, of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Machaki Ngari alias Machaki Ngari Murindi, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 10th October, 2004 . The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
