TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E162 OF 2022 By Peter Owino Oloo, of P.O. Box 260, Ukwala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Oloo Onyiko, who died at Doho East Sub-location, on 22nd August, 1993. CAUSE NO. 52 OF 2024 By Susan Auma Opal, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Opal Meso alias Opal Meso, who died on 20th July, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
