TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2024 By Leah Wangeri Mwaura, of P.O. Box 105, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Mwaura Njuguna, who died at Gakungu Sub-location, on 9th December, 2007. CAUSE No. E40 OF 2024 By Zipora Wanjiku Njogu, of P.O. Box 870-00520, Ruai in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariuki Ndindi, who died at Nairobi, on 30th November, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
