TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2024 By Patrick Sanya Madungu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Madungu Buluma alias Dickson Madungu, who died on 12th December, 1990. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2024 By (1) Federis Makokha Aguje and (2) Fronica Taaka Mamielo, the deceased’s daughter and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Barasa Ague, who died on 17th August, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
