Box 991-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Jelimo Chepkirwok, who died at Chepkatet Sub-location, on 10th September, 2016. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2024 By (1) Ezekiel Kiprop Maiyo and (2) Jacob Kibet Songok, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silverno Kipkering Songok, who died at Elgon View Hospital in Kenya, on 9th October, 2023. CAUSE No. E94 oF 2024 By Joseph Juma, of P.O. Box 955-20106, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Wamathai Muchemi, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 16th September, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
