TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E312 OF 2024 By John R. Jorams Ingutia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kamau Wahome, who died at London Sub-location, on 2nd June, 2002. CAUSE NO. E379 OF 2024 By (1) Harun Kariuki Muchendu and (2) George Wanyoike Muchendu, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Muchendu Njuguna, who died at Gitundaga, on 4th October, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
