CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2024 By John Macharia Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rahab Waithira Kamau, who died at Mwimuto Sub-location, on 23rd August, 2015. CAUSE No. E60 OF 2024 By (1) Esther Nyokabi Ndiaga and (2) Samuel Mwangi Ndiaga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margraet Wambui Ndiyaga alias Margaret Wambui Ndiyaga, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 12th August, 2023. CAUSE No. E65 OF 2024 By Lucy Nyambura Ndungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ndung’u Gathari, who died at Huruma, on 22nd October, 2021.
